Well, we are back in Conroe and enjoying just hanging out in Beauty, riding our bikes and enjoying the beautiful weather we are having (73 degrees and sunny).

I want to recognize some nice people who helped us on this trip. First there are the two men that took the time to recommend a good mechanic. Angels in disguise in Riverside, Texas.
Then there is Nick, the mechanic. If you are ever in Trinity, Texas, stop by and say hello. His shop is the first automotive repair shop on the left as you enter Trinity on Hwy 19 heading north. Nick went above and beyond the call of a mechanic. He let us stay at his Pecan House and managed to get the Beast fixed and on the road in three days. Did I say that we were in the middle of nowhere? God bless you, Nick.

When our van broke down, I called and told them we were stuck and unable to make it Thursday night, but I was hoping to come on Friday.
