“Stagecoach Stop RV Resort” in Rio Rancho, New Mexico - was rated: 9

This is a very clean, well-maintained park featuring wide driving lanes and fully-paved sites. There is plenty of space between sites and these spaces are filled with decorative river rock. Sites are easy in and easy out and most sites are long enough for big rigs, but tow vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the RVs. Sites occupied by long-term residents are tidy. No shade trees. The bathrooms are very clean, but there is no place inside the shower stalls to put your clothes or toiletries. There is a hook and one bench outside the stalls in the common area which offers no privacy. Some people hang their clothes over the shower curtain rod. There is a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains from the park, but most people must step outside their rigs for the view. Walmart, Walgreen…s, Home Depot, Albertson…s grocery store, Santa Ana Star Casino, and historic Coronado State Monument (worth seeing) are five to ten minutes away. The entrance sign to this park is easy to miss. More noticeable are adjacent signs for the J & R Vintage Car Museum and the Stagecoach Plaza which are also accessed via the RV park…s entrance. We recommend this park.
