The place is nice enough and I have recommended many people to stay there when they come to visit us, as it is very near our home. But unfortunately, they really disappointed me this time. Coming off of a 2300 mile trip, I wanted to dump my holding tanks, and then take my rig up the road to storage. Most places charge 3-5 bucks for this, but not RV Ranch……$20.00 to be there for 15 min and dump my holding tanks. I know they are high and nickel and dime a lot, so I expected to pay $10, and wouldn’t have complained, but $20 is extortion, and I will be looking for somewhere else, even if it is out of my way. Not good guys, there was no reason to charge that much.
