The only reason I rated it this high is because when you compare it to what else is available in the area it doesn’t seem so bad. Sites are small and require some maneuvering to get into. They tell you that they have big rig sites but that is a stretch. Sites are close together too. It appears to be an old park and has some full timers that look like they would fall apart if they had to move out. But having said all that if you want to check our Eureka, Ferndale and the redwoods it’s a good location. Just don’t expect too much and if you’re only here a couple of days it’s tolerable.
