This is a quiet park located on the Guadalupe River just south of Seguin. Many permanent residents, but lots of room for visitors. Sites are reasonably level gravel with a concrete patio pad. Cable TV has all the usual channels and is free. WiFi is also free, but sporadic depending on where you are in the park. Rate reflects a very reasonable monthly rate plus electric. Friendly office and residents, but no community activities. Functional laundry room and clean restrooms. Shopping and restaurants, including a Super Wal-Mart, is only one mile up the road. The river is peaceful and has lots of ducks to feed; we’ll stay here again.
