“Red Rock State Park” in Gallup, New Mexico - was rated: 7
Given the alternatives near Gallup, I recommend this park in spite of the fact that it is mostly sand and the spots are not well marked. Having stayed here 5 times on the way further West, I have found it quiet, safe, and convenient for an overnight.
