Overall condition of the “resort” is run down. The restrooms and showers are in dire need of a facelift. Cable hookups are in need of repair and fire ants are everywhere. Traffic noise is at a minimum and sites are close. This place is overpriced for the condition and the name resort is a marketing ploy to get people to make reservations. I won’t be staying here again.
