“Long Lake Resort” in Poteau, Oklahoma - was rated: 9
This a beautiful campground that is located just outside of Poteau, Oklahoma. We were there to purchase a larger fifth wheel and the folks at the dealership suggested we stay here for the first night to settle into our new camper. The campground is easy to find and very easy to get in and out of. They have 34 sites but just 4 pull-throughs and the pads are rather narrow. The hookups worked well and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lake is just a few feet from the campground with several docks to fish from and boats are available to rent. This is a newer RV park and they are working on improvements for their RV guests. The RV dealership that we bought from is just a mile down the road if you need any RV supplies.
