Our first week here was $77 based on Passport America Rate. We liked it so much we stayed an extra month. There are no washrooms, showers, pools, hot tubs etc. There is a laundry and a clubhouse. Library not set up yet. This park is brand new. There’s rarely anyone at the office at this point. Sites are huge with paved roads although sites aren’t paved. Sites with view more expensive. Fairly close to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Park located west of Tucson off Ajo Highway. We tend not to use the extra amenities that’s why I gave it a high rating.
