Judi’s One POTChicken and Rice Dish

 2 Boneless Chicken breast 1 Can Of Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Boil In Bag Rice Bag 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of Water Chicken Broth from Cooking Chicken 1- 2 Quart Cooking Pot Take and boil the 2 chicken breast in enough water to cover about 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of water boiling. Boil the chicken untill good and done and tender. Then when done set a side untill it cools down enough to were you can chop up to  small pieces. Save the broth!Next  in the broth you will boil the bag of Boiling Bag Rice for 10 minutes. Set it a side. Save the broth.Take and save about 1 cup of the chicken broth then discard the the rest of the chicken broth.In the same pot you used to cook the rice and chicken in.Put your chop Chicken, Soup, rice and the part of the broth Enough to equal 1/2 soup can of of the broth. Add that to the mixture. Be careful is to put to much broth in the mixture. Heat on Med-Low and  heat the  mixture untill hot and have thicken some. Make sure that you stir it  so it will not stick. It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to heat. Hope you enjoy!
