Scenically this place is lovely, set at the bottom of a canyon, next to the rushing Colorado River. It is, however, not a resort! It does offer rafting and tubing trips and bicycle rentals. Playground was very small. Our 50 amp site was up the hill from the river so we were not disturbed so much by the train running alongside the river. Site was not level and most sites were not. Staff was efficient but very impersonal. Who designed the amenities? The electricity was at the back of the site, the water hookup in the middle and the sewer was at the front by the driver’s wheel. That was not usable unless you had an extension on your sewer hose. Highly overpriced.
