This is one of the worst parks that I have ever stayed in. Let’s start off with the fact that when we arrived no one was there, only a note on the door telling us to find our own site. There isn’t a level site on the premises. The park is set on a hill and the road leading to the available sites it almost straight up hill. The sewer hook ups are on the wrong side on several of the sites. The cable TV coax was missing the needed ends. Most of the sites are occupied by permanent “campers”. I talked to one that had been there for several months. The place was covered with weeds. We had some mechanical difficulty without coach and the service man told me that this part of Colorado Springs is not very safe at all. I would stay away from this place at all costs. We were scheduled to stay here for two night, but left after one. I complained to the “manager”. All she would tell me is to let the City of Colorado Springs know I was unhappy as they designed the park. Unbelievable. The owners are trying to sell these sites. Good luck. The only reason that this park didn’t receive a “1″ is that their electric was solid.
