First time Fifth wheel from NZ travelling US 4 mon
Hi Everyone, my wife and I are from NZ and have just brought a new Keystone Cougar model 276 RLS and a new Lariet F150.We will be flying into Grand Rapids MI at the end of May 07, we will be travelling to Muskegon to pick up our new complete rig.We will be in US for 4 months and was planning to travel around the great lakes then to Boston down the coast to Miami, then to Disney world thru Dallas up to LA and finish up in San Fancisco, then ship out from LA at end of September.As this is our first time travelling around the US, I would be so grateful for help on what we need to buy for our set up and any information we need to know about RV parks.Also I would be grateful if anyone had any ideals on some attactions along the way.Would we be able to buy everything we need from Walmart in Grand Rapids as the only luggage we would be bringing from NZ would be clothes due to weight limits.We have joined the Happy Camper Club to allow us half price in RV parksThanks again for any help.
