The park was spotless. Sites can be a little tight. Some are set in trees and rather private while others are merely gravel pads parallel to the park “streets”. It was great for us as we used it merely as a place to stay at night while we were doing other things in the area. VERY QUIET at night. I only gave it an 8 based on the tight quarters in the sites. If there was another 5 feet or so between spaces I would rate it a 10. Electrical equipment appears to be realtively new so no power issues. Water tasted great.
