“Katfish Katy” in Huntsdale, Missouri - was rated: 10

We loved this spot, easy to park, great music, good fishing, and pleasant hosts. It’s a little out of the way and well worth the small extra effort.

“Cooper’s Landing Campgrounds” in Columbia, Missouri - was rated: 4

This is a good place to drink and party, I wouldn’t take kids. It’s hard to park in most sites. Weekends have many tent campers very close and walking through your area, there’s very little privacy. There’s one very small restroom in the store with one pay shower available during store hours […]

“East Fork State Park” in Bethel, Ohio - was rated: 5

We were not impressed with Eastfork Lake Campgrounds. The electric kept going out. They claimed the electric was going to be updated but they have been saying that for 3 years! The grass also needs cutting.

“Caspar Beach RV Park” in Mendocino, California - was rated: 4

I must agree with the majority of the folks who have previously posted on this campground. Had we come here when the weather was perfect, we would not have been able to have our slides “out”. A nice walk to the beach, but overall rating: 0 for size, 7 for the beach […]

“Camp-Journey’s End” in Ocean Springs, Mississippi - was rated: 4

Easy access from I-10 and very convenient to the Gulf Coast. Most sites are grass and streets are broken up making large motorhome / 5th wheel access dicey. Staff notified us that payment would be in cash or 3% would be added to nightly rate if we used a credit card. No […]

“Arrowhead RV Resort” in Wellton, Arizona - was rated: 3

This is a long-term snowbird park, not an overnight stop. For $28 (cash only) you get a spot in a gravel parking lot on the periphery of the park with water and electric only - no sewer hookup, table, trees; just dust and train noise. Our bad, we should have done more research; […]

“Cowtown RV Park” in Aledo, Texas - was rated: 4

Unfortunantly, you don’t have many parks to choose from in this area. Park is VERY loud. Lots of “permanent” campers here (workers) who are in & out all hours of the day & night. The park workers are too busy riding their golf carts to attend the rest rooms. (Found them […]

“Enchanted View” in Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico - was rated: 3

All sand and gravel, hard to find, crowded but fairly priced. List as an Escapee’s park but did not offer any discount to Escapee members.

“Adolph Thomae Jr. County Park” in Rio Hondo, Texas - was rated: 3

My husband called to see if there were any spaces available at the last minute, and the young man said yes. He suggested we “reserve” it so no one would get the site before we drove down there. So we reserved the first night with a credit card. It took us about […]

“Bastrop River RV Park” in Bastrop, Texas - was rated: 5

I’m reviewing this park because I feel that anyone renting a site here should be prepared for a possible irritable owner. I have learned (this is my second experience with difficulty getting my money back) that people graciously “take” my money, but ungraciously give it back. We stayed here and the manager was […]
