“Green Acres Campground” in Saint Francisville, Louisiana - was rated: 6

We stayed to see the plantation homes, and the receptionist even gave us a card with a free visit. That was the nicest thing I can say about the park. It is on a hill, poor drainage at our site and as it rained very hard, we had alot of mud. All […]

“Pine Crest RV & MH Park” in Slidell, Louisiana - was rated: 7

The bathroom/showers are new and open now. There is no chair/bench to put your things nor even a place to put your soap, so I left suggestions, showers are alittle small. There was some standing water around and road in a little rough due to hurricane damage. Very friendly staff and helpful […]

“Magnolia Springs RV Hideaway & Golf Resort” in Foley, Alabama - was rated: 9

Really nice people to check you in and were on site. It was raining very hard when we came in and they said we could write or check in the AM….of course they had our credit card number from the reservation, but that was so very thoughtful. Most sites are cement pads, a […]

“Western Horizon’s Camp Verde RV Resort” in Camp Verde, Arizona - was rated: 6

Camp Verde RV Resort is a Western Horizon Resort and we…re staying here under RPI. It is a small RV resort with an activity center, pool and hot tub, laundry, book exchange, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and activities scheduled daily. The staff (well, the one woman with whom we spoke) was nice, and as […]

“Sherwood Forest RV Resort” in Kissimmee, Florida - was rated: 9

This is a very large park located in the heart of the tourist part of Orlando. The park has night time restricted access so we never felt unsafe here. You get a choice of shaded or open spots. You park on grass next to a concrete pad. The Wi-Fi works fine. […]

“Zachary Taylor RV Resort” in Okeechobee, Florida - was rated: 7

Passport rate of $23.50. Most sites are either permanent or seasonal. They did have quite a few available for short term stays. We had a somewhat tight pull through grassy site. Overall place is well kept. People were not all that friendly. We were between two perm/seasonal sites so […]

“Lion Country Safari ” in West Palm Beach, Florida - was rated: 9

We enjoyed our stay here. The roar of the lions was quite amazing, but I am still wondering if it is real, or recorded, as they sound very close.

“Pine Mountain Campground” in Pine Mountain, Georgia - was rated: 6

We spent a few nights here during the Corgi Nationals. We were in the newer section with no trees. It took me quite a while to locate the office when we checked in. Not one of my favorites.

“Longstreet Hotal Casino & RV Resort” in Amargosa Valley, Nevada - was rated: 8

Food in restaurant was good. People very friendly. Good location for seeing Death Valley. There were more people in the motel than in the RV area.

“Holiday Campground” in Panacea, Florida - was rated: 1

Don’t rent by the month and leave for a couple days… They will rent your site out, without your permission. Count your change when you buy something.. Could be a great campground with new management
