“Pleasant Acres Farm Campground” in Sussex, New Jersey - was rated: 2

We camped here in a 32′ Vintage Airstream. We were one of just a few “street legal” units. All but the 30 worst sites have been converted to oversize “park models” with multiple bed lofts. Each unit seemed to have three generations: screaming grandparents, unconcerned parents, and wild free-ranging children (oh, and […]

“Wendover KOA” in West Wendover, Nevada - was rated: 3

This campground is overpriced and somewhat run down. I asked for a good place to eat and was directed to the local casino. Again, too expensive, $24.95 for the seafood buffet. Unless you like to gamble at the casinos there is really no reason to stay here. We stayed because it […]

“Heart Of Oklahoma Expo Center” in Shawnee, Oklahoma - was rated: 7

284 full-hookup sites, 456 water & electric. We were with a group that was meeting on the grounds. As stated by others, sites are mostly level. Most are back-ins though there are several pull-throughs also. Roads are dirt/gravel, sites are mostly grass. I wanted to update the latest information. They do have wi-fi. Not blazing speedy, but about the same as most of the places we camped at in Oregon and Washington.

“Danforth Bay Camping Resort” in Freedom, New Hampshire - was rated: 7

This campground is very well put together, I like how they have the seasonal’s in one area. The pools were nice all the people were very friendly. I would go back to this place. The only thing I did not like is July and August you must book a week at a […]

“Ames Brook Campground” in Ashland, New Hampshire - was rated: 4

The park is not very good, the roads were still a mess, the pool had way too many people in in. The lady who checked us in was very rude to us. The only guy who was nice to us is the one the drives around in the golf cart doing all the […]

“Atlanta South RV Resort (formerly KOA)” in Mcdonough, Georgia - was rated: 2

Tight sites with a lot of run down or cluttered long term residents. Our site was between two long term guests with large dogs that used our site as their bathroom. It was very filthy. Our complaint to the office fell on deaf ears and we will not go back.
