“Fox Hill RV Park & Campground” in Baraboo, Wisconsin - was rated: 9

Park was very clean, especially since the surrounding area was flooded. We were greeted as we walked up and the staff was friendly. Checkout was a breeze. It was conveniently located and they had shuttle service to the casino.

“Starlite Camping Resort” in Stevens, Pennsylvania - was rated: 10

I stumbled on this campground by accident looking for a new place to visit. My family loved it! Staff was very friendly, facilities were clean, the pool was great–overall, our kind of place. We were up on the plateau, right across from the pavilion and had a front row seat to the DJ. […]

“Sacramento West / Old Town KOA” in West Sacramento, California - was rated: 9

This was a very nice park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It has a nice pool and Saturday morning pancake breakfast. The campsites are a bit too close together and the pads are gravel. But we would return.

“Medford / Gold Hill KOA” in Gold Hill, Oregon - was rated: 9

This is a beautiful park under shade trees. The staff could not be nicer! Before arriving there for our reserved weekend, we called them when we were in a find. They helped us find another KOA in the area we were in. The only reason I gave a 9 is the pad […]

“Tiki Lagun” in Stockton, California - was rated: 3

What a dump! It may have been a nice campground at one time but not any more! It was quite run down. Overhead electric lines were so low that we could not stay there (thankfully!). Our rig would have hit them for sure had we tried to drive through the park. So […]

“Four Seasons RV Resort” in Salida, Colorado - was rated: 8

I can believe that staying in the upper campground would be a noisy experience and I also agree that the exits off the highway into the campground have too sharp a drop. That said, our stay was just fine. We were in a non-premium site a ways back from the river, but well […]

“Beaver Lake Campground” in Custer, South Dakota - was rated: 6

This park is Good Sam, but be sure that you insist on your discount at check-in, even if you informed them when you made the reservation. They will not honor it after you check-in. Office staff and owners were rude and not friendly throughout our stay. We used this as a base-camp […]

“Yellowstone Holiday RV Campground & Marina” in West Yellowstone, Montana - was rated: 8

We stayed here for 3 nights while we visited Yellowstone. Its a beautiful park with a great view. The office is only open from 8a-5p however, and that includes the laundry facilities. It became quite a problem to get the laundry done during the day when you generally would be in Yellowstone, […]

“High Plains Campground” in Gillette, Wyoming - was rated: 2

This park was awful, and not at clean. Our site had no grass, although neighboring sites did. We did not have a picnic table either. We were traveling with another party and told that there weren’t two adjacent sites available, only to discover otherwise, after we had set up camp. I […]

“Prairie Oasis RV Park & Campground” in Henderson, Nebraska - was rated: 9

The park was very clean and quiet, despite being very near the interstate. A great place for a family to stop for an overnight stay. The owner was very nice as well.
