Very poor park, very loud trains pass all day & night, residents of mobilehome park don’t pick u after their pets, park manager just doesn’t seem to care,his pets also, NO pick-up. We would not go back.

NEW-Small, clean, quiet RV Park, Security Gated, lots of mature trees, surrounded by farm land, just 1.2 miles off Hwy 90, South on Avenue U. Very reasonable monthly rate.

I generally do not like KOAs, but this one is an exception. Neat as a pin, great sites, wonderful management, wi-fi that was outstanding, and easy ingress and egress. Would stay here again.
