$12.00 is the winter rate–power and cable TV included. Hotel rooms continue to be reasonable priced and clean. Owners are very friendly. I’ll stay here again.

The new owners are wonderful. We had a group of 5 RV’s for the weekend. They allowed us to use the pavilion for a picnic. The park is clean and well kept.
