“R & R Campground” in Mitchell, South Dakota - was rated: 8

10% discount for Good Sam or AAA. Wifi flakey. Washrooms clean. Helpful staff. Noise from high way was minimal which surprised me.

“J & H RV Park” in Flagstaff, Arizona - was rated: 6

Small park which did not deliver the reserved pull-through (with no apologies), and did not seem to want to make good on the promised site. We reluctantly agreed to a very small back-in. We checked in early and saw many pull-through sites open; however, by nightfall, the park was completely full. Sites […]

“Gallup KOA” in Gallup, New Mexico - was rated: 7

Clean, relatively new, typical KOA with no surprises … and as described by other reviewers. Virtually no trees (no shade), covered with crushed rock (…like a parking lot…); typical Southwest landscaping. A good place to stop for a night or two. Nearby freeway was not that noisy, but trains were very noisy […]

“WYO Campground” in Cheyenne, Wyoming - was rated: 2

Has Wifi for an extra fee. Campground looks old and a bit run down. I arrived at 8 p.m. on a Friday night. Large sign saying “open” but no one was there. It was raining and the gravel sites had an accumulation of water on them. I had reserved […]

“Pla-Mor Park” in Bremen, Indiana - was rated: 8

We had a nice time at this park. At first we were a bit unsure because they don’t have a pool (usually a must for my kids) but they do have a swimming pond that is treated like a pool. Ends up my girls loved the pond and had a blast playing in […]

“Eby’s Pines Campground” in Bristol, Indiana - was rated: 7

This park has a very nice pool with a life guard. My kids loved it. The park store is nice and well stocked. There are some very nice sites, but also a few very un-level sites. I would pick one near the little pond..they were grassy and close to the pool.

“Twin Mills Resort” in Howe, Indiana - was rated: 1

This park is run by a very rude staff. Beware of their reservation/cancellation policy. They will not make any exceptions. They are impossible to work with. When we arrived we decided we would rather take a full hookup then the electric/water we had reserved over the phone. Even though they […]

“Eagle’s Roost RV Resort” in Lake Park, Georgia - was rated: 7

Trees blocked dish but has cable. You are on concrete pad but no patio. It is a great overnight spot and the shade helps keep you cool this time of year.
