“Odetah Campground” in Bozrah, Connecticut - was rated: 8

Great place to go for first time camping. This was our first week camping. Past was a weekender close to home. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Upon sign-in we where escorted directly to our site and ask if we needed help to set up. Sites where large […]

“White Oak Shores Camping & RV Resort” in Stella, North Carolina - was rated: 10

Very refreshing to find such a nice, new campground in North Carolina. The staff is very friendly. Quiet, friendly campers on all sites. Smooth roads are great for walking & skating. Great fishing off the new pier. The upcoming campsites and plans for the campground look very promising. While […]

“Lanier’s Family Campground” in Surf City, North Carolina - was rated: 4

The staff was friendly & welcoming. There was a gate at the entrance, but the campground was not fenced. The pool was being enjoyed by lots of campers, but it appeared small for the number of sites/campers. The lots were small & narrow. There were only 27 sites in the huge […]

“Jellystone Park of Estes” in Estes Park, Colorado - was rated: 9

Probably the nicest park in the area, very nice mountain view, only complaint would be the that the park is on a steep hillside, this is our park of choice for Estes Park area.

“Yosemite Pines RV Resort & Family Lodging” in Groveland, California - was rated: 8

Nice place, but a crazy drive to it. Big rigs beware the twisting narrow mountain approach. Plenty of room for each campsite, especially for a private park.

“R & R Campground” in Mitchell, South Dakota - was rated: 7

It was a good over niter. The end sites are close to I-90 and train tracks. A lot of noise–try to get one close to office. Everything else was great. Good wifi service.

“Abrams Lake RV Park” in Mount Shasta, California - was rated: 2

Quite a few semi permanent residents here. Up-scale family camping is not the scene. Despite rules, many unleashed dogs. Complaining to the owner made it clear that people in old trailers renting sites by the month are much preferred to vacationers. If you like trailer park ambience with lots of yelling, […]

“Sebastian Inlet State Park” in Sebastian, Florida - was rated: 10

The campground was very well kept, clean and quiet. There are several areas for fishing with piers, jetties and more. Surfing, canoeing and kayaking can all be done here. Rental kayaks are available, snack bar type restaurant and bait store. Will go back. This park appears to be quieter than the […]

“Saco River Camping Area” in North Conway, New Hampshire - was rated: 7

Very well run campground. Shady and open sites available. Definitely a family campground. Lots of kids and pets. Great outlet shopping nearby. Air conditioners and electric heaters not allowed, unless arrangements are made with the manager. This information was not provided up front before we paid. It was […]

“Sourdough Campground” in Tok, Alaska - was rated: 8

This is an excellent CG. Wooded spaces where you can barely see neighbors. Very helpful, friendly mgt. Fun nightly entertainment. Dinner and breakfasts cooked on site. Compared to the Alaska highway through Canada, where most CG’s are just big parking lots with very tight spaces, this is a real treat. […]
