Positives were sites on the water - there was a covered deck that hangs out over river at the sites along the water, all sites have a covered deck with table & bench, paved roads & pads are level, Wi-Fi available, close to town, nice city park right next door (can use restrooms there - no showers, locked at night) with beach & large play structure. Negatives are sites are a bit tight to each other, no shade, and manager was a bit cranky - forgets who the customer is. We would stay here again due to convenience to town and MTU.
