“Chattanooga North KOA” in Cleveland, Tennessee - was rated: 6
Positives: Easy to get to off the interstate, clean restrooms, friendly staff, lots of cable channels, free WiFi (not sure what the last reviewer paid for, it came right up for us). Negatives: Sites not very level, and could use another load of gravel. Interstate noise was noticeable when our windows were open. We used this park as an overnight stop on our way back home, and it works well for that purpose.
