This park is advertised as a 5 star resort. It is not! This park is terribly run down and suffers from neglect. The grounds are in terrible shape, weeds are growing everywhere, the landscaping and grassy areas inside the park desperately need trimming and watering. There is no hot water in the two “satellite” bath houses. There is only hot water in the main bath house up front at the pool. The jacuzzi is broken more than it works. It is expensive to do laundry and several of the machines do not work properly or are broken. The laundry room is open to the general public, anyone off the street can come in and do their laundry there. The pool always has leaves in it and is seldom kept clean. A tow dolly was stolen from the storage lot while I was staying there. They do not have security after 10:00 pm. Stray dogs and feral cats from the nearby neighborhood roam free on the grounds which made it tough for me to walk my dog and feel safe doing so. Spaces are very tight and my concrete parking slab was broken and sinking into the ground making for an unlevel parking pad.
