The owners have worked on upgrades, including new bathhouses, grass in common areas and playgrounds, new fencing, and new utility poles at sites. They have perhaps eliminated some sites to achieve roominess for others, but the site we were in was still a pretty cramped area. It was a very narrow distance between our slide out and the next unit’s area. The staff was friendly with directions to highways and area restaurants. They stated that they are doing another year’s worth of improvements. This CG is several miles up a canyon road, but the road is good.
